When you complete Discover Insights, you complete all three assessments. I then review the information before we meet, looking particularly at what may be relevant in the context of your work, relationships, leadership or whatever has prompted you to explore this now.
We then have a guided interpretation conversation where we talk through what stands out, what feels accurate, what doesn’t and how the different perspectives may connect with your own experience.
The aim is practical self-understanding, not to turn you into an expert in personality models or give you three labels.
